is it possible to make the car in the intro. and is here any part switcher like tj just that it can be use to exhncage the stuff u get from samantha?

almost any car can be made with some exception of parts etc. For a parts switcher check the Utils section of the main NFS unlimited page.

it's hard to do an exact replica, as u need shots from all angles...i've tried it...it's not easy at all

He probably meant the part switcher for Samantha's: WHEELS, HOODS, SPOILERS, CUTOM VINYLS. Wide body kits perhaps. In other words the unique visual upgrades.
I can't wait till somebody comes up with a tool like that. I get it though why EA made only 1 avail. - so we have to play the game over and again to get the others... Not happy about that, as there are missions that I HATE to play.
