Here's the pic comparing 3 Peugeots with different upgrade sets. Peugeot is taken for purpose, because even being 100% tuned, it doesn't reach highest marks. I think this dependence can be applied to any car.

I didn't race Eddie either @ 113. I have ver. 1.3.0 for PC and completed NFSU several times.

There're 2 covertors to be used:

1) From mp3 to asf (not the one windows media player uses)
2) From asf into NFSU

For 1) I use MCO Music Importer and for 2) "NFSU Music Importer.
