I have not gotten to the choppers yet, but I am starting to see more of the black cops cars. I am on Blacklist #11 rightnow and so far it is extremely easy to get away from the police. I hear that it does get a lot harder when they bring in choppers/suv's though..looking forward to it

I am not 100% that upping to 8x will fix your problem, but it will be faster. Rightnow you are running the card at half the supported speed. It is an 8x card, thus should be running at 8x
