Not after the E3 is over, and you guys complain too much, knowing EA's crappy customer appreciation and bad website design they tend to use for each game, we are lucky to get this video, because we won't see anything official from EA for a long time.NFS_ZawyeR wrote:they could have got the movie from EA

I also noticed that the Nitros meter fills up automatically. I knew EA would screw it up one way or another. Good job, morons. At least in UG2 you had to try to get nitros, now they jusy give it to you. I wish it would be more realisitc. Like have upgrades, have small, medium, or large NOS bottles and get the option to place 1, 2 or 3 bottles and once you use them up, that's it. The point is to race, not to just boost up, it really takes away the fun of it. Drag races were the best in UG.
EDIT: New screenies that finally show the front of the BMW:

It is! As you can listen, once the trailer ended, there're some aplause. If you've downloaded the smaller version of the E3 Trailer, you can hear the appluase.Skyline_man wrote:I agree with you NFS_ZawyeR, it appears from the sounds in this trailer that it was recorded by a video camera or something.
No... Unfortunately, you'd need to be a registered member of IGN.com in order to view that video...BaTtR wrote:I hope everyone has already seen this video:

I've said it before, don't go to Quicktime, got to Windows Media on the right of the video with the "Video Thumbnail Not Available". It's the same one, IGN messed up some html coding or something.Andre_online wrote:It is! As you can listen, once the trailer ended, there're some aplause. Also, when the BMW lands, you can clearly see the bumper going into the ground. I think there is no damage model. I just think that if a computer opponent hits a police roadblock, it explodes and there's like a cinematic scene, so the police cars will probably have damage but not your car. The BMW's bumper should have fallen off or be scratched and we should have been able to see small bits fly but nothing, the car still looks brand new.

So far I can see this, it's NFSU2 with muscle, cops and BMW.
Also, the nitrous meter fill up automatically because it's a DEMO, a guy who was playing it had to make it look good, why would anyone want to see him run dry and lose? Last year @ E3, FEAR demonstration was live and they did the same thing, guy who was playing it had no HUD, he had unlimited ammo and a godmode on. They gotta make sacrifices in order for the demo to be cool.
That being said, I also noticed that E3 video looks like it was machined and very well timed and for sure it was awesome!
Now, the bigger question is, is it worth updating your PC for 1000's, or u can get the power of dual 6800 Ultra's and super Cell in PS3 for only 500 bucks and have the best graphics on 1080i and have 7 of your friends come over and play with you? I think I'm grabbing it for PS3 because as it stands now, both consoles are really capable in terms of graphics and they are pretty damn equal in terms of hardware, so it really is all about the games right.

anything related to doing with a car visualy is not tuning. tuning is improving the steering, speed, acceleration etc. visual stuff is called costumizingSkyline_man wrote:Look at this picture, and exactly the driver seat.

I'm getting it for PS3, don't wanna spend money on my PC anymore when next-gen consoles have lots of power, awesome graphics and for less then a price of a high-end video card.proxnet wrote:check out some more ss at http://www.needforspeed.com they've also uploaded a video...which i don't think has been put anywhere else.

If nfsu2 ran fine on your PC, this thing should run fine too.
*sigh*SpeedComrad wrote:proxnet wrote:I'm getting it for PS3, don't wanna spend money on my PC anymore when next-gen consoles have lots of power, awesome graphics and for less then a price of a high-end video card.

It is not going to be released for PS3, but for PS2.
Well.. at least sounds stupid for me that a game is released for both PS2 and PS3
