Someone said Cross and the girl were like Sarah Sidel and Warrick Brown from CSI. Actually Cross and the girl remind me of Castlebeck and Drycoff from Gone in 60 Seconds. Delroy Lindo and Timothy Olyphant. The two guys on the right, Delroy Lindo/Castlebeck is the black guy, Tim Olyphant/Drycoff is the dopey idiot next to him. I guess our character is similar to Memphis Raines only a new guy Street Racer.

Yeah James, I was looking for the caracter that I knew cross from... and you found it..

it is a really close match, voice, style of talking and acting etc.

Cobalt SS: good only because GM supercharged the ecotec into a cooler, more nimble (stiffer suspension) (but still average) version of the wannabe RX-8 the Saturn Ion Red Line. Could have opted for Solstice (would be cool if there was a supercharged solstice)
IS300: Great car, but would have been better if game was released before it was replaced by IS250 and IS350, which should have been in the game instead.
GTI: Great sporty hot hatch, but not as good of a street racer because of higher price and no VR6 which no n00b street racer would buy, better if instead used a Civic (Si or Type R), or a Focus (SVT or RS). Also, would look weird if riced out, and
Punto: Cool Euro hot hatch, but only model that could dodge cops would be Abarth. (im from usa tho, correct me if im wrong)
And finally, where is a 2004 Mazdaspeed MX-5 Miata, or the 2005 Mazda MX-5?

"The upcoming game Need for Speed Most Wanted will be available in two versions: a regular version and a collector's edition - the Black Edition.

We got reply from EA that the "the only version available for PC will be the Black Edition"! So you don't have to think about investing a little bit more to get the bonus material.
Owners of a PS2 or Xbox still have to decide, because NFSMW will come as a regular version and as a Black Edition for this consoles."

Will there be limited quantities of NFSMW Black edition for consoles? Or will you have a choice always... I'm planning on getting my XBOX 360 around Christmas, so I want to know if the Black Edition will still be in stores...

Yep, the M3 GTR is our Eleanor I suppose. Our Unicorn, fabled creature impossible to capture.

I like the Cobalt SS SC but I don't 100% like it because its FWD, then again the Type-S is FWD but thats different its not a poser car. The RSX is getting its street credit one step at a time, I think it has more credit than people admit. It's basicly still the Integra except it wears the name RSX. the Japan model is virtually indentical to the RSX Type-S only their Type-R has exclusive parts. Minus the high spoiler thats now available on the 06 RSX all models. the Cobalt and Red Line are basicly the same car minus 2 doors on the Cobalt, same friggin chassis probably the same engine and even ugly the Ion..

I did say Integra Type-R in Japan. FYI most people know the Integra Type-R is still around in Japan so I didn't have to be absolutely specific. Common friggin knowledge the Integra is still around even though the RSX and it are identical. Acura is USA only btw.

Did anybody check out the music on that website. Song number 14.."Rock - I Am Rock" Is that really going to be in the game or is it a mix up?

If so I am glad someone posted this important info befor someone had started playing. Because if I heard this song while I was racing. I would of busted out laughing probly causing me to crash my car and lose.

Also its nice of EA to give out some more info. Been like a week.

Is this true? If that's the case, the Box Art for the PC platform we saw a month ago was a fake then...

I don't think, it was fake. Go to the official web site, watch a video and at the and of it, you can see the Box Arts, there you can see the PC cover, which is what we saw a month ago

I reckon the characters in MW are awesome, even though some of the dialog I've heard is seemingly based on movies. The whole...

...thing for instance had to have been an idea from someone who had been watching Leon (or The Professional for all those with the cut US release version). Damn I love that movie.

This means that we will get the bonus cars anyways, well, thats great in my opinion but we need a confirmation from EA first.

I saw in another post that the PC version has black edition only, if this is true this is good because you can't go wrong. this is the box art.

I know theres been alot of posts saying that the game will be released on the 17th in the us but on gamespot it says the game is coming out on the 15th. Dose anybody know when the game is coming out?

the game is coming on 17th and i think that 15th is not right cos they said that the demo will be off from 1-14th so they can not say the full game is after the demo with one day.
