You think I'm the only one not buying this game? Watch, when the game comes out, I'll show how many people pirate the game...tens of thousands (and that puts a hole through EA's profits).

You obviously dont know how EA makes its money. Do you really think they make sales by going door to door, trying to convince people to buy the game? No. Its the stores that are putting money into EAs pocket, not us. When you are buying a game, you are paying the store, not the company. EA makes the money it needs regardless if you choose to buy it or not. Even if you dont, EB Games or where ever already paid EA. Not to mention, I doubt "Tens of Thousands" of PC gamers will pirate Most Wanted. Especially since this game is marketed toward the console.

But dont worry, I know what you mean. This does blow that we wont have the demo until the game nearly comes out, but oh well.

There is a thing called dealers. Every big company that sells a massive amount of anything needs them to work properly.

The dealers support the stores and sell them the games. A store gets, let's say, 200 MW copies from the dealer and sell them to the public. If nobody buys the MW game they won't get other 200 new copies any more. Sometimes even they can send the games back to the dealer and it pays back the money to the store.

And EA loses.

So give us the demo Smoothie!

Ahh . That blue BMW belongs to the Top Blacklist character.. AMkes sense. That is probobly why EA published 200 of those pictures in the early stages of the game promotion.

If they do and I see you 2 posting a ANYTHING from MW in the showroom, I will personally Delete the garage, cause I from that moment consider that a illegal copy

Yeah its our car but he rigs the race so he ends up winning it then using it to rise to the top because his POS ain't fast.

Come on, 2furio and Sparco, threatening to pirate the game is something I would expect from all those kids and warezmonkeys that make the official NFS MW forums so unreadable, but somehow I expected you guys to be above it.

You don't seriously think that: a) EA will notice, and b) it will influence their approach to PC gamers at all? (or in a positive way, at least).

And all this because the pc demo is a few days later than expected; The way the games maket has been shifting in recent years, I'm relieved we still have an NFS for the PC (unlike, say, the Midnight Club franchise)

Ok, here's when I figure the demo will be released.

Smoothie said from 9 - 14th.

Smoothie said he doesn't upload on Fridays or weekends.

Then he said "Definitely before the 14th". (Hopefully meaning BEFORE the 14th as in not on that day).

He also mentioned that he would be away on a trip from Wednesday arvo (9th) until Friday (11th).

So, the only day left is the morning of the 9th!!!

But, this is EA I'm talking about....

The demo WILL BE RELEASED eventually, otherwise they won't post the demo features for nothing. Besides, the demo release date is for them to know, and for us to find out. So stop worrying about the demo already, and get on with life or crying out loud...

Console or PC, it doesn't really matter.

The demo which will be released VERY SOON is what really matters now!

hey i read the post about demo on the previous page....that means demo will be relased today (PM) or tomorrow, cuz he said that they will relase it before 14th and EA usually doesn9t relase demo on Fridays
