Just picked up MW for PC. Pretty good although the shadows are still blocks. I'm finding it too easy (although it's the very beginning). Is there a way to change the difficulty or does it just get harder?

The start car is the BMW that you see all over screens also heres some screens I have taken.

Theres a few cars at the start to choose from.

You do blacklist races.

Is the race system same as NFSU2 with cruise-mode + race selection?

Yes but you go to your garage to do blacklist races, also before you can do them you must beat there challenges such as out run cops for so long and win a certain amount of races.

Do cops chase you in cruise mode?

Yes

I play with everything on highest setting and have no problems what so ever.

It is very good though, the cop chases make the whole skyline thing forgivable.

I'm currently having a heated debate with a person at school on which NFS is better...Hot Pursuit 2 or Most Wanted and I would like to see what people say about that on this board.

Most Wanted by far.

Gameplay is great, the city is massive and cop chases are cool.

Graphics...WOW

they kick ass.

Cars..look, sound and handle GREAT!

I don't have time to write alot but HP2 doesn't even compare to Most Wanted.

Its finally here! i just got it today and its AMAZING!!!! this beats all other games period. They say the graphics on ps2 arent so great, but they rock! this on actually has a story, and its good for a change! everything sbout it kicks the crap out of any nfs game, customizing isnt huge like u2, but big enough variety to keep you going... anyway, im going to go play some more!

Only complaint I have so far is the boxy looking car shadows and the lack of good looking body kits for the IS 300.

When you say that customisation is not as big as U2, how big is it? Do we still get to choose exhaust tips, side mirrors, audio, etc? Or are all those included in a body kit? Are there any new features in customisation (eg: interior)? I have to wait till the 25th for the game here in Aussie...

so i just want to find out before I buy. (Even though I'll probably buy it anyways!

as far as I know exterior mods are:

- bodykits
- spoilers
- wheels
- roofscoops
- hoods
- exhaust systems (don't know how the dual exhaust system works.)
- paint
- vinyls

Nice! If you know, I haven't been here for a while because of my trip to San Fransisco (off-topic)...

Anyways, great mods by the demo, the game came out...so much news, soo little time! I believe that the mods will let you play the cars by different vinyls and a GTO.

Now: We're back on topic! getting the game tomorrow and I am very excited!

Who's the guy going for the unrealistic HP2 with easy cops? We want MW, right guys?

I saw on the nfsmw demo that there are totally 8 different cop challenge-series gamemodes, I'd like someone who has the full game to tell me what kind of cop gamemodes are all those 8 please.

Here is the screenshot of the DVD. The DVD basically includes cinematics, ride action, illustration of the cars (screenshot). Should I say more? If I do, wouldn't it spoil the surprise? So..that's all i guess...until I get the demand for more info ya..
