The designers of the original cars were highly paid professionals who knew what made cars look good. Any of this customization that changes the entire visual structure of the car is crap. If it's a minor change (like paint, window tint, and rims maybe) then it is easier to forgive.

Nice car, nice sound, bad new look.
some body kits are extremely functional tho. like AC Schnitzer and Hamann do really good stuff that improves the aerodynamics of the car which sometimes can drastically change the performance of the car. body kits aren't just for looks all the time. although with this one I wonder.

agreed that this is an ugly body kit. hideous paint job. but still a nice car :) I'd take this beast over a corvette anyday
I hope there is a broader body kit selection in undercover than in pro street

If you haven't heard yet, Undercover limits us to 3 full-body kits per car. No more separate bumpers/sideskirts. But each kit is fully autosculptable (big whoop ).

I hadn't heard that yet
dang that kinda sucks...
do you know if most of the body kits will be universal like in pro street or will they be car specific or unique to that certain car?

What I meant to say was that cars such as the Honda S2000 in ProStreet and Infinity G35 in Carbon requires hacking to gain access to the cars, no matter how much you have completed your game.

When I pay for a game, I want everything to be smooth and that every single thing that was being promoted will be available as I progress with the game, and NOT go into such measures like Hex editing. It's nonsense and utterly confusing to use as well.

I don't want this happening in Undercover.
Officially you had to by the cars as a DLC, and not hex edit it

But it annoys me also, DLC should be something that is completely new after the game is released, and should not be added to the game before release and with a patch you have to pay for be unlocked, like in ProStreet (can't remember Carbon having cars that could not be unlocked (apart from the Collectors edition cars if you didn't have the CI version)
Isn't it worse? We have to pay for it. It's totally ridic. LOL! :P

Heck, I bought the Collectors' Edition for Carbon - that's because I had no option as every single retail store in Singapore only carried the Collector's Edition for the PC version - and I'm not getting what I should be getting. I had to hack the game to get the Audi R8 and the M3GTR in My Cars.

1994 McLaren F1 has just been released! :D =D> =D>

I"m still trying to figure out most of the others, here are my guesses:

11.3.08 - 1994 McLaren F1 (already released)
11.4.08 - 1989/1990 Nissan 240SX (S13). (The car in the unofficial list is a '93, but the '93 has 155 bhp, not 140.)
11.5.08 - Ford Focus ST?
11.6.08 - 2008 Renault Megane Coupe?
11.7.08 - ?
11.8.08 - 2006 Audi RS4

This kit must be 1 of the 3... not including the autosculptable stock one. So, this hints at either individual kits for each car, or one wide + 2 universal... I'm hoping for the former, as that will rock. This kit... I think slap some race livery on it and it'll look fantastic. GT style.
