The main thing to bear in mind is - which is more important to you, and how much are you willing to spend?
When buying a turbo for an NA car, there is a huge number of factors to take into account. Will your engine support any boost before needing to be forged? Does your engine have a good enough compression ratio to handle boost? Do you have the money to fix everything on the engine so that you can have a turbo fitted?
You have admitted you dont know much about cars, and your honesty is a good thing in this case. Something Ive always found about cars and tuning them: If youre not sure how to do something, dont do it. That doesnt mean you need an extensive knowledge to modify your car, but you need to do some research before you plunge a great deal of money into something which will greatly affect the way the car drives.
Sort out the cars breathing first - intake/headers/exhaust. That should be enough to free up a small amount of power, and get the car to sound healthy. After that, consider a chip for the engine, or some fast-road cams. Admittedly, the car wont be strikingly fast, but it will be noticeably quicker.
Then you can move onto the bodywork. Personal choice here, but I personally recommend Veilside:
Having seen a very similar car at a show last year, I can tell you that the kit is beautiful in the metal, and with a half decent paintjob, is guaranteed to get you noticed.
Wheels again are personal choice, I think 6 spokes would look great on an RSX, so Id recommend Racing Hart C6s. As far as Im aware, the optimum size for handling/grip will either be 17" or 18".
After those are done, you can consider turbo or even supercharging your vehicle, and think about adding N20.
Good luck with everything.
