If your using photoshop: Create a new layer, and Ctrl+A. Then choose Edit and click on Stroke. Choose the colour and thickness of it. Then to make the border gradient, just right click on the layer list and choose Blending Options and then Gradient Overlay.

Creativity - 4 :: All of your recent sigs have been really similar; it seems like the only thing you change are the images used.
Aesthetics - 8 :: Very clean, understated and the colours aren't in-your-face.
Difficulty - 6 :: Doesn't look like you put a lot of work into this (see Creativity).

Overall - 6 :: Good-looking sig, but a tad cliche.

Aesthetics = 6 = Looks pretty nice, though not typically the kind of style I find appealing.
Difficulty = 7 = I'm not sure whether that picture has been edited much, but it looks quite complicated.

Appearance: 10(looks amazing, very clean and simple, i like how those thick lines come in with the pic, your name in the corner it's like your own signature, the shot is awesome, keeps a subtle ideea)
Difficulty: 8(this is where it drops, don't think it's hard to cut a pic, but since you work in Paint, it's valued)

Overall: 9.33 - good job.

You guys don't know how to rate (speaking in general). It seems like you think anything lower than a 7 is bad, but 5 is average. Anything higher than 8 should be reserved for 'bloody brilliant'; 10 is perfect, which should be next to impossible.

Creativity: 1-Uber Poor (It's a game console on a brushwork background. Not very creative)
Appearance: 7-Fantastic (The monotone look suits the black of the console so that's a +. Although the lack of creativity in this sig is a big - from the appearance.)
Difficulty: 1-Uber Poor (Brushed background, softened cutout of a console, and text. Not difficlut in the least.)

Overall: 3-Poor (The look of it is nice however the lack of creativity and the low difficulty of the sig gives it a low rating) Just remember that as long as with you're happy with the result that it doesn't matter what other people say just so long as you like it.

Anyway, back on topic:

Creativity = 6 = The react idea is not creative at all but the font and picture are quite unique.
Appearance = 7 = Nice structure of sig with the unique shapes and transparency.
Difficulty = 7 = It looks as if you've spent a bit of time doing this sig, but it doesn't look too compicated.

Overall = 6.666...

I'm speaking from my view of how difficult the sig is to make. And I always give this warning to people "At times I may be brutal in my ratings." For me it wouldn't take more than 3 minutes to make that. I don't know what program he uses or how long it took him so I just speak from how difficult it would be for me.
